Defined-scope pricing for corporate, securities and public company matters.

Sodhi Law offers fixed fee and monthly retainer packages for defined corporate, securities and public company matters. Fees depend on scope, timing, transaction complexity and regulatory requirements. Filing fees, exchange fees, SEDAR+ fees, transfer agent charges, taxes and other third-party costs are extra.

All engagements are subject to conflicts clearance, client identification and verification, and written engagement terms.

General Corporate Counsel Package

Tier 2

The general retainer secures availability and priority attention. Specific scope, deliverables and fee treatment are confirmed in the engagement letter.
